1. Data controller

2. What data we process

• Data you provide through the contact form or by email: name, company, email address and the content of your message.
• If you use the voice demo widget: the audio and transcript of that conversation, processed by our provider ElevenLabs to deliver the feature.
• Aggregated technical usage data (page views, country, device type) without identifying you, via Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your enquiry or demo request and following up on it — basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Improving the site with aggregated statistics — basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effects, nor do we sell it to third parties. Conversations are not used to train AI models.

4. Recipients and processors

To operate the site we rely on providers acting as data processors:

• Vercel Inc. (site hosting and cookieless analytics).
• FormSubmit (email delivery of contact forms).
• Supabase (database where received requests are stored).
• ElevenLabs (voice conversation widget, only if you activate it).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case they rely on standard contractual clauses or other valid international transfer mechanisms.

5. Retention

We keep contact data for as long as the relationship or mutual commercial interest lasts and, at most, two years from the last contact if no relationship was started, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to team@viddixai.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.
