You know where every piece of data lives
Before we start, we tell you in writing which service and which region stores each thing. Where the service allows it, we choose the European Union.
Contract and confidentiality
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before seeing anything of yours, and a data processing agreement, as Article 28 of the GDPR requires.
Named access
Everyone logs in with their own account and sees only what they need. Permissions go by role, and you can revoke anyone's access, ours included.
A person makes the important calls
Agents handle the routine and pass anything that needs judgement to your team, with full context. You decide where that line is.
The code is yours
What we build for you is yours: the code, the data and the service accounts. If you ever leave, you take all of it.
Who we work with
Providers change from project to project. Before we start, we give you the exact list for yours and what each one handles.
Viddix isn't SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. The hosting and database services we use, Vercel and Supabase, are SOC 2 Type II. If your company requires certifications from its suppliers, tell us at the start and we'll work out how to cover it.

Every phase has its scope, timeline and price before it starts. If something changes, we talk before we bill it.
The code and data are yours
Everything we build is in your name: code, data and service accounts.
We stay on after
After launch we keep handling maintenance and improvements, if you want us to.
No lock-in
If you'd rather continue with another team one day, you take everything and we help with the handover.
